Rescheduling and Cancellation Window
Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments at no charge if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the booked service.
